For many years now, Singapore has been offering innovative and unique degree courses to students. This has opened the path to many students having successful and extraordinary careers. However, before enrolling, there are some basic qualifications necessary and some mandatory tests to be taken. There are also some age specifications that have to be considered for some of these courses.
Part-time undergraduate programs
There are many undergraduates and degree courses offered in Singapore. The admissions for part-time undergraduate programs happen twice in a year, January and July. At the time of enrolment, the student should not be less than 21 years of age. He or she should also have an IB diploma to apply for this type of programs. A 10 + 2 schooling is also enough to get admission. Having 2 years of work experience will also be very helpful. If you are an international student, consult an education or immigration consultant. This will help you with any queries or doubts about your qualifications. SAT 1 level clearance might also be required as a necessary qualification.
The variety of courses available
The courses offered to students in Singapore are varied. These include BSc courses in biomedical engineering, BSc in information technology and Business, Bachelors of project and building management, BSc Facilities and events management, BSc in mathematics and many more.
